It’s obviously been awhile since I did something un-bookish on here, and considering it’s been since March that I talked about anything music-related, I decided to bring this feature back. This playlist is infinite, after all.

I’ve been listening to some really good songs lately, and I don’t want to be greedy, so I’m gonna share them with you. In the past, I’ve done ‘x’ amount of songs, depending on how good the month of listening was, but I’m breaking it down to four songs per month.

“GO! (feat. Karen O)”
Master of My Make-Believe
2012 / Alternative

I heard this song on The Handmaid’s Tale when I started season 2 a few weeks ago, and it was super catchy! I’d never really listened to Santigold before, but she’s got a funky beat that makes me want to move.
Fitz and the Tantrums
All the Feels
2019 / Alternative
Another catchy anthem that makes me want to dance!
“Pin the Grenade”
2019 / Rock
A new blink-182 album!!! I’ve been listening to this album almost non-stop since it came out last Friday. “Pin the Grenade” is definitely my favorite from the album, but some other faves are “Happy Days,” “Darkside,” and “No Heart to Speak Of.”
“One Thing Right”
Marshmello, Kane Brown
One Thing Right – Single
2019 / Pop
I actually heard this song fro my boyfriend Isaac, because he has a low-key obsession with Marshmello. And I’m not really a country fan? But? I really love this song? I guess it’s more pop than country, but there’s some serious country undertones for sure.

Favorite: By far, “Pin the Grenade” – it blows everything out of the water!

If you have any interest in following my playlist through Apple Music – or want to see all of the other picks from previous months – you can find it here.

I’m also on, so if you wanna be friends, find me here!

Have you listened to anything awesome lately?
