Another month gone? Holy cake! (Yes, I’ve adopted this phrase from Aurora Rising, thank you very much.)

I can’t believe it’s September, and it’s officially unofficially pumpkin spice season. ? Listen, I am ALL FOR celebrating autumn and all things pumpkin and Halloween as early as possible, because quite plainly, I want it to be fall as soon as possible. I’m sick of heat and humidity and I’m ready for cool weather, sweaters, and crunchy leaves on the ground.

BOOKS I READ IN JULY + AUGUST

I think I told myself at the end of July that I wasn’t even going to do a monthly recap, because I barely read anything, just like June! (That was embarrassing.) I was struggling to get through We Hunt The Flame mostly, but I’m proud to say that I finished two audiobooks AND two books!
