I blinked and June is gone. ? Why are these months going by so fast? Didn’t 2019 just start? And now we’re in the thick of it? Smack dab in the middle? I think I need to sit down.

June was a pretty busy month, and each day just felt like I had so much to do. Some notable things happened: I attended 2 weddings (one that was out of state and also doubled as a weekend getaway), I had a cranky child with emerging molars, and had practically no time to read (and if I did, it was spent playing Harry Potter: Wizards Unite instead…), and we lost Isaac’s grandma to cancer. We’re thankful she’s not suffering anymore, but we miss her an awful lot.

So, this month was kind of a bust, reading-wise. But I did manage to add seven books my bookshelf (physical and virtual).
