First of all, HAPPY OCTOBER! It’s officially here! Fall can descend aaaaany time now. 🍂🍁

This week’s prompt is: Book titles with numbers in them! I love prompts like this, where it’s a sort of scavenger hunt through your TBR. They require little-to-no thinking power, which is right where I need to be right now. 😬 I checked my Goodreads, and I uncovered that I have exactly 10 books on my to-be-read list that have numbers in them (plus I’m currently reading a book with a number in the title: Four Dead Queens by Astrid Scholte).

This will be really short and to the point, so let’s get to it!

I was subsequently curious about how many books with numbers in the titles I’ve read so far (since I started a Goodreads account in 2012), and apparently the number is only EIGHT! I totally thought it’d be more than that… I guess the quota for me is like, one book a year that has a number in the title.

books with numbers in the title… that I’ve read!

I recommend ALL OF THESE, by the way. All 4-star-or-above ratings from me!

Maybe all books with numbers in the title are good books. Let’s hope this pattern holds true with Six of Crows (which I still, ashamedly, haven’t read yet) and Ninth House, funnily also written by Leigh Bardugo.

How many books have you read that have numbers in their titles? What are your top ten that you’ve read (if you’ve reached that many)? What books on your TBR have numbers in their titles?

I’m linking up my post to Top Ten Tuesday!
